I’ve listened to the first seven and I’m looking forward to more.
I intersperse listening with the scores to Damien: Omen 2 (Ave Satani may not be good Latin but it seems right), End of Days and Hellraiser 3 (kick-ass horror/action score).
I note a lack of religious reference points. The Templars don’t even seem to speak the name of Jesus… They seem to pray less before action than “secular’ troops. It seems odd to me but I await further developments.
Second: An interesting point about the “mythos”. Catholics would surely find it unreasonable that the soul of a person who died in a state of grace could be forced back to it’s body by ritual magic. I’m curious if the mythos of the Templar series is going to be explored and consistently detailed…
In any event, I am enjoying the story and my questions are not intended as critisism.
